He studied business and marketing at the University of Washington and has over 15 years of experience working for ticket vendors and resellers. Outside of work, Eric enjoys attending concerts and sporting events with his wife Julia. As head of The Ticket Lover, he manages a team of ticket experts who provide advice to readers.
Daniel Allen
Daniel is a ticket industry veteran at The Ticket Lover with over 12 years of experience. He studied computer science at the University of Washington Tacoma before getting into the ticket industry in 2011. Outside of work, Daniel is an avid football fan and enjoys traveling to see live games. He provides technology and operations insights related to ticketing at The Ticket Lover.
Owen Cook
Owen writes for The Ticket Lover, covering unique ticket situations from his perspective having worked across sales, service and analytics roles for nearly a decade. He studied information systems and marketing at Washington State University. In his spare time Owen enjoys hiking, gaming, and spending time with his wife Claire and newborn daughter.
